Okemah Care Center is a 76 bed facility that provides long term care and skilled nursing care to our residents. We are conveniently located on Highway 27, with plenty of parking.

Okemah Care Center provides top notch physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our therapists are in the facility at least 5 days per week. So our residents can reach their maximum potential as quickly as possible. Therapy is the key to rehabilitating and going back to living your life as you choose.

The food is one of the most important things to consider when looking for either short term or long term care. The food at Okemah Care Center is top notch; all of our menus are written and reviewed by dietician to ensure not only good taste but maximum nutritional value.

• An indoor smoke area and supervised smoking times
• Transportation to and from doctor appointments including dialysis.
• Plenty of room to move around, there are two large lobbies, separate dining areas, plenty of storage areas and many resident rooms that are private rooms for the resident who enjoys time alone.
